I had the best experience at Saks this weekend. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I went in specifically for a Bond No. 9 fragrance, but I wasn’t sure which one. The nicest young woman helped me and recommended fragrances I genuinely loved. She made sure I knew it was the one I wanted. She was helpful, informative, and really kind. I ordered exactly what I wanted with no hiccups! Excellent customer service

If I could give no stars I would. For a store like this I would have expected better customer service. I ordered something online and put required signature because it wasn’t cheap. Got an email saying been delivered. Never received it, called and they said someone signed that doesn’t even have the same last name. They wouldn’t refund me the money they wouldn’t replace it. I have to wait 20 days until they figured out with fedex and refund me my money back. On top of it I get lectured on how I shouldn’t by online and I should go to the store or give gift cards. Now I’m out of the money until they figured it out and out is the gift few days before Christmas. Never going there again!

I've been shopping at Saks Fifth Avenue for over thirty years now. I like the attentive service from my favorite sales associate Julie, at the Somerset Collection. Saks has the best variety of designer clothing for the family. I personally know all of your shopping needs will be fulfilled. The atmosphere always gives me a warm filling inside. I highly recommend this business.

Worst Customer Service!!! Ordered From Saks Fifth Online & They Had My Order Setting For 3 Days Without Shipping Out But Apparently Had A Label Created For It (which I seen via fed ex with tracking number). Now, They Are Telling Me They Are Going To Ship It Out Over Night & It’s Their “Apologies”. Very Unacceptable! Also, very rude customer service worker in men’s department. Called me a “nigger” & lied to his manager and said I talked to him in derogatory remarks, which was a blatant lie! I love Saks Fifth, but i’ll make sure this one specifically will never see my money or business again!

I would like to share with you my wonderful experience with Saks Gucci of Troy in July. I visited the store prior to my purchase and met the lovely Sales person, Taylor. Taylor was kind, attentive, and knowledgeable about each product in the store. Taylor shared suggestions, communicated in a timely manner and was patient. She made my experience a pure joy. Her warm spirit and confidence lead me back to the store to order. She is a true professional, whose spirit is genuine. I’m currently looking for another bag and look forward to working with Taylor again and Saks Gucci of Troy.

Love shopping here for years but recently been shopping with Brayan at saks and had the assistance of Nawal as well for a Christmas gift a purse for my mom. Very professional and friendly! If you ever need anything please see Brayan he will take good care of you with whatever you need!!

This is specifically for worker Sally Tomika at Sak’s who is very rude and aggressive. Not just to customers but to what appears to be her coworkers. An absolutely poor representation of respect and class especially at a facility that holds a high level of prestige.

I would like to share my negative experience at Saks fifth Avenue in Troy with employee name Christina Zeytuna every time I walk there never smile always give us bad attitude never help us with any of our business I’m type of person that who likes to shop in the store every time she direct me order online and never help us always walk in the middle of conversation I hope this address her manager and help her to fix attitudes. Thank you and good luck. I do not recommend anyone to go and shop by her.
